In order to ensure the highest quality of its feeds, the vitamin-mineral premix is introduced into the kibble at the end of the extrusion process in order to prevent the heat given off by the process from degrading the vitamin portion of the final product. The kibble production process
1. Grinding and blending
In order to achieve a high quality of the kibble, the grinding stage of some ingredients is carried out in high-tech facilities, with the aim of optimizing the cooking process and thus increasing the digestibility and assimilation of nutrients.
2. Extrusion
New Power Food uses an innovative twin-screw extrusion process for the production of its dry foods to ensure better gelatinization of starches and less denaturation of the nutrients in the products used.
3. Drying and Cooling
The product made by New Power Food is dried inside a tower is then cooled in order to stop any unwanted abnormal fermentation and to ensure the best organoleptic and nutritional conditions of the finished product.
4. Greasing
Using the state-of-the-art Vacuum Coater technology system that allows the fat to be inserted in the absence of oxygen, the kibble perfectly absorbs the required fat content without changing the normal shape of the final product in any way.
